This Design Governance role requires a good level of design knowledge and experience, with an appreciation of process across design, engineering and other disciplines such as Acquisition & Planning, ensuring the impact of any change is understood and communicated effectively to internal and external Stakeholders maintaining business continuity.

You will be part of the Design Governance team and expected to collaborate and contribute to the teams' overall targets and goals including things such as: keeping up to speed with customer changes and requirements which is an ongoing process as new technologies advance and present exciting opportunities.

The roles primary focus will be CAD, maintaining drawing standards as well as managing and creating a CAD library, with exciting opportunities to contribute to future initiatives such as digital twin, which will drive efficiencies and could be transformational for how the business operates.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and manage our CAD drawing standards and library.
  • Play a key role in transitioning to digital twin technology, using cutting-edge tools like drones and LIDAR to create 3D site representations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of national and project-specific design guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to drive innovation and ensure alignment across all design processes.
  • Engage in our digital transformation initiatives, helping to identify opportunities for technology-driven efficiencies.

  • A solid understanding of the mobile infrastructure industry.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
