We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to manage accounting and financial control functions. The successful candidate will ensure company-wide budgetary and investment strategies are in place and monitor financial performance regularly.

Description

  • Overseeing the accounting department's daily operations
  • Managing a small team
  • Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research
  • Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and confirming financial condition by conducting audits
  • Managing and tracking the organisation's financial status and performance
  • Complying with government regulations and maintaining professional and technical knowledge
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
  • Experience in a leadership role within the finance department
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and finance software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
