This is an important hire due to succession planning and taking over from a retiring partner.
In this role you will advise on a broad commercial property case load to include:
Buying & Selling Property - including Businesses, Agricultural Land and Equestrian PropertyLease work - including Grant, Renewals, Assignment and Under lettingSecured Lending & Loan AgreementsSite Acquisition & Development (within the Industrial/Offices/Leisure/Retail sectors) Advising on licenses - including grazing & shooting licencesOption Agreements, Overages & Pre-Emption RightsAdverse PossessionLandlord Portfolio Management Company structuring, share sale and corporate advice matters are largely not handled in house currently so expertise in this area would be advantageous, but certainly not essentialWhat do you need?
Be a qualified solicitor or legal executiveIdeally you should have at least 2 years commercial property experience Local commercial property solicitors and legal executives already in Devon, and those looking to relocate are encouraged to applyWhat next?
