Your Responsibilities
In your first year, you will:

  • Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
  • Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
  • Work with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
  • Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager.
  • Earn commission every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship
