Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

We're looking for a dedicated Mobile IT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on EPOS surveys and upgrades in Inverness and the Highlands

This is a long term contract with a company vehicle and fully expensed fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site EPOS system surveys for clients.
  • Perform upgrades and installations of cutting-edge EPOS technology.
  • Offer expert troubleshooting and support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of services delivered and issues resolved.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel within Inverness and surrounding areas.
