We have a great opportunity for a well-versed Net Zero profession to join our team.
This is a newly developed team, structure, and service delivery. Â We are looking for people who bring much more than a traditional property management approach. You may not even be from a property background â we can teach you the essentials and you will be supported by an experienced and supportive team.Â
Our belief is that property is hospitality where our guest just stays for longer. Â Building strong connections between people, buildings, and communities to create loyalty and value is our mission.Â
This role will be dedicated to manage the implementation of our clientâs Net Zero Strategy across assets undermanagement and support reporting and tracking of performance working closely across stakeholders, in particular clientâs Asset Management and ESG team.Â
Key Responsibilities:
â¢Â   Drive outcome of the energy audits, working directly with the clients asset managers and property managers to get asset improvement works within budgets.
â¢Â   Manage and oversee implementation of measures related to improving energy efficiency â co-ordinating with the other TPMs.
â¢Â   In refurbishments work with Client to ensure the operational NZC energy strategy is considered.
â¢Â   Support EPC improvements as well across portfolio.
â¢Â   Ensure there is a Net Zero Trajectory in place with identified measures, track the impact of measures implemented and ensure assets stay on track.
What do we need from you:
â¢Â   Experience of new build development through to management (construction site experience an advantage).
â¢Â   Good working knowledge/understanding of building operating systems (mechanical, electrical, controls and fire/health and safety).
â¢Â   Cost control, variance and forecasting reporting.
â¢Â   CIBSE & HVCA guidelines
â¢Â   Appropriate Engineering degree and/or HND/HNC qualification.
â¢Â   Professional body membership.
