The role of a Year 5 Teacher is to inspire KS2 pupils as they prepare for the jump to go into Year 6, as it can be a stressful time for pupils you will be there to reassure them and enable them to achieve the grades the school know they can.
 
As a Year 5 Teacher you will have access to the schools fantastic learning platforms which the pupils love to use to aid their education such as White Rose. These platforms provide the extra support the pupils need outside of the classroom.
 
This Ofsted âOutstandingâ primary school in Birmingham is often in the news for their achievements and pupil progress, with an outstanding headteacher who has been with the school for over 9 years and will be able to give you the support and guidance you need to successfully complete your induction.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
