Pump Installation & Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 - £54,000 (DOE) + Optional Overtime + On Call (1 in 4 weekends - paid at 1.5 x ) + Van + Fuel card + Private Healthcare + Discretionary Bonuses + Company Credit Card + Training

Field based - Covering Berkshire / Surrey region

Are you an electrically biased engineer with experience in installing or servicing of pumping stations who is looking to work on exciting projects with some high end clients including the likes of CBRE, Mitie, Costa and B & M.

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who have recently experienced high levels of growth and are now looking to expand their reach. The role also offers excellent earning potentials through overtime and bonuses but you will also have the opportunity to further your skillset as they will offer you inhouse and external training opportunities.

This is the perfect time to join this well-established and expanding team, who work across the South East with an ever increasing number of customers and clients and have recently secured long-term contracts. As the company continues to grow there will also be opportunities for progression into site manager, service manager or lead positions further down the line.

The ideal candidate will have experience in service, maintenance or installation of pumping stations, circulation pumps, borehole systems, oil separators or heat pumps / swimming pool systems and will have their Level 3 in Electrical Installations as well as the BPMA courses in Pumping technology.

The Role

  • Carry out pump repairs/upgrades/maintenance checks regionally in the Berkshire / Surrey / Greater London area
  • Send reports back to office before leaving site
  • Van stock checks on a monthly basis
  • Remain and uphold a professional, efficient and expert service to all customers


The Person

  • Min 4 years of experience in repairing and maintaining of pump systems
  • BPMA in Pumping Technology
  • 18th edition
  • Located in the Berkshire / Surrey / Greater London area and willing to travel regionally
