Library Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Library Operations Manager to join the UEA Library to provide executive support to the Library management team and manage library operations relating to the building, health and safety and other statutory responsibilities. 

Key duties of the role include executive support, health and safety, HR responsibilities and financial administrative support.

You will have a positive, adaptable and flexible approach to work, be a team player and an ability to deal with competing priorities as part of the team. You will be able to meet all essential criteria detailed in the candidate brochure. 

This part-time (0.9 FTE) post is available from 1st October 2024 on an indefinite basis. 

Further information on our great benefits package, including 39 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and additional University Customary days (pro rata for part-time), can be found on our benefits page. 

The University holds an Athena Swan Silver Institutional Award in recognition of our advancement towards gender equality.

£29,605 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £36,024 per annum (pro rata).
