The Role: We are seeking a Planning Manager/Senior Scheduler responsible for creating and releasing work orders to meet demand while minimizing capital.

You will monitor orders through completion, supported by a Production Planner, and collaborate closely with the Planning Team (Production Planner/Master Scheduler) and various departments (Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics) to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery.

The role focuses on driving on-time delivery through rigorous planning and ERP compliance, with accountability for achieving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery for post-cast production.

Key Responsibilities * Manage and monitor production schedules to ensure adherence and meet throughput for the 14-week Sales Plan.

* Support load and capacity planning, identifying constraints and expediting delays.

* Develop credible plans to meet demand and address Supply Chain risks, prioritizing and escalating as needed.

* Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver new project development plans that meet internal commitments.

* Manage WIP and inventory to meet budgeted working capital targets.

* Lead weekly reviews of Excess and Obsolete data, ensuring ownership and actions for slow-moving WIP.

* Provide daily updates on reports and planning tools for accurate data review.
