Are you an experienced 360 recruiter within the tech industry with ambition to progress and take your first step into a management position?

Have you been involved in fostering the development of others and mentored other consultants?

This is an exciting position for a highly ambitious, successful 360 recruiter ready to progress into management. You will be managing an established team of 4 consultants in the tech US market. You will be tasked with growing this team, achieving results and contributing to company success.

Rise Technical Recruitment is a global recruiter specialising in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Construction. We have offices in Bristol, London, Manchester, Miami and Austin; with huge growth plans on the horizon.

We recruit our staff based on shared values and abilities, we look for determined, resilient individuals that strive to be leaders and progress through our meritocratic structure to directorship. We offer incredible training, a fantastic culture and financial rewards.

This role is best suited to a fantastic 360 biller looking to be a leader and grow a team. This is a unique position where we already have 4 consultants established within this team, thee vacancy is due to our current manager relocating to the US.

The role:

*Tech USA team manager

*Management of 4-5 established recruiters

*360 US Recruitment

*Driving team performance and results

*Fostering company growth

*Progression to directorship

*Personal commission - up to 40%

*Commission on team performance

The person:

*Successful 360 biller

*Experience in mentoring or management

*Tech recruitment experience

*Exposure to US market (desirable)

*Ambitious, looking to progress to directorship

*Resilient and goal driven
