CMA Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnering with a business who are market leaders within the UK to help them recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant for c3 months.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Accurate processing, coding, and matching of invoices in accordance with group policies.Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirements.Review of invoices on hold and clear in a timely manner.Perform supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
A good team character is important as you will be working as part of the wider finance function to meet deadlines.IT literate including MS Excel/Outlook.Ability to resolve and reconcile issues with limited supervision.Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
