Responsibilities:

  • Provide invaluable support in both KS1 and KS2 classrooms, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Engage in 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring tailored assistance for their individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies and assist in classroom management.
  • Offer general class support, including preparing materials, assisting with activities, and facilitating group work.
