The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and title checking. With at least two years' experience managing your own files, you will have a solid understanding of all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing re-mortgage transactions, lease extensions, and title checking
• Delivering high-quality, client-focused service throughout the conveyancing process
