Do you have a passion for crafting innovative and engaging content? Are you looking for a varied, hands-on marketing role combining content creation, campaign support, external communications, SEO, social media, events, webinars and more?

Our client, an award-winning professional services consultancy based in Warrington, is currently recruiting for a motivated, creative and ideas-driven Content Marketing Executive to join their existing team. Youll need outstanding writing skills with experience developing a broad range of content from newsletters and blogs, to case studies and video scripts; as well as a track record in managing social media campaigns and proficiency in SEO.

Job Description

Key duties of the role will include:

* Research, copy-writing and design of targeted content to support client acquisition and retention - including newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, articles, product sheets, press releases, webinars, video scripts, reports, social media posts and brochures.

* Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues to collate data, statistics, testimonials, feedback, case studies and product information.

* Overseeing the production and gathering of content for the internal knowledge hub and media libraries, including conducting market and competitor research.

* Producing varied and original content for social media pages for all brands and managing pages to increase customer engagement.

* Supporting direct mail and email marketing campaigns, including accurate tracking of lead responses, email engagement metrics and ROI outcomes.

* Providing support for webinars and in-person events and exhibitions.

* Maintaining and updating website content.

Person Specification

Suitable candidates will ideally demonstrate:

* Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline - Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or English; or

* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role involving content creation

* Proficiency in SEO, social media (LinkedIn) and understanding of content marketing

* Advanced copy writing, proof-reading, editing and reporting skills

* Ability to work proactively, methodically and independently

* Strong research and analytical skills

Any additional qualifications such as CIM, Google Analytics or HubSpot would be an advantage.
