What you'll do:
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Op s Leadership team on optimising resource deployment across the Retail estate, ensuring we have the right people at the right time for our customers
  • H ighlight periods of understaffing and communicate key drivers effectively to your stakeholders
  • Analyse store performance, using data to highlight areas of improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to the scheduling team , improving their skills, knowledge and effectiveness
  • Continually look for ways to improve ways of working, simplifying and automating
  • Work with stakeholders to inform decisions through analysis and scenario planning
