  • Ownership of the Group's transfer pricing policy,

  • Managing tax integration of newly acquired companies
  • Monitor tax developments in relevant countries
  • Supporting Head of Tax to manage Group tax risks
  • Liaising with HMRC & overseas tax authorities

Profile

You should have a proven track record in corporate tax gained from working in a professional service environment or similar in house tax position
