About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant you will aid students with Epilepsy, Autism, and other severe learning difficulties, including sensory, physical, and medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting students in accessing learning through tailored, personalised methods, both in individual and group settings. Contributing to student records and reports alongside Teachers and specialist staff. Participating in classroom, curriculum, staff, and other relevant meetings. Providing essential administrative support to ensure the College runs smoothly. Upholding high standards of hygiene and welfare for students in the classroom. Collaborating with senior staff or designated safeguarding leads as needed.About You:
