This is a new and key opportunity for a diligent, hardworking, self-starter to join a growing team. The role is an ambassador for Marsh and quite often the primary representative for the business. The team environment is fast paced and requires an individual who is able to manage expectations, remain calm and accountable under pressure and solve problems. This role would be a good fit for someone with some insurance background. Â

What is Schemes of Affinity?
Marsh Affinity specialises in developing, marketing and administering bespoke insurance programs and solutions for organizations and their members or customer base. Affinity partners are a mixture of trade associations, franchises, global corporations and small organisations. Many of whom lack the time, resources, or internal expertise needed to manage a successful affinity group insurance program. Marsh design, implement, and support a full range of insurance and risk management solutions built around the needs of the clients members or customer base.
We will rely on you to:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, the team and wider Marsh business to provide best in class client service to drive growth
Have the ability to identify growth opportunities by leveraging strategy information and defend accounts
Design meeting packs, notes and agendas
Have the ability to assess what âgood looks likeâ and monitor accounts to ensure they meet Marsh standards
Embed retention and objectives for each account and implement growth plans to increase revenue
Serve as the client contact for day-to-day needs, responding to queries and challenges to improve the experience
Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring a best in breed approach to embed consistency in line with agreed service standards
Maintain an understanding of changing market conditions that impact clients, understanding and being compliant and professional, always operating with transparency
What you need to have:Â
Excellent communication and listening skills in order to understand client needsÂ
Be confident and articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management ability
Natural relationship building skills in order to gain rapport, trust and respect easily
The ability to collaborate across the Marsh network to facilitate client fulfilment
Have a strong eye for detail when looking to market Marshâs capabilities or analyse data to spot opportunities
Have an ambitious nature and be a keen contributor and leader within a team environment
