We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join a leading law firm based in Birmingham as a Pool Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the pool management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, and providing exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients.

The successful candidate would be working as a general office assistant, taking initial enquires, taking informative notes and pass on the relevant information to the correct teams and individuals, along with some hands of work as and when required.

Experience working in multiple departments would be beneficial for your application along with previous experience working as an administrator.
