Social Worker - Children with Disabilities 

We are recruiting Social Workers to work within our Children with Disabilities West and Breckland team and we welcome applications from Level 2 and Senior Social Workers.

Our Children with Disabilities service provides support to children and young people with substantial and permanent disabilities 0-18 years of age. 

We have three teams which cover Norfolk and they are multi-disciplinary consisting of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistant Practitioners and Assistant Practitioners. 

We maintain strong links with internal and external partners to ensure a holistic response to the needs of the children and families we are working with.
