NES Fircroft is currently working with a large oil and gas operator who is hiring a Technical Safety Engineer for their Norwich Offices. As an integral part of the QSHE team, the Technical Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing safety engineering support to SNS operation.

The ideal candidate must possess a higher technical qualification within the engineering field, specifically in Process Safety, Chemical, or Mechanical.

Additionally, should have experience in Safety Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry with experience in both design and operation being desirable.

The Technical Safety Engineer should also have software knowledge in MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTie XP, and FLARESIM.

Must have the ability to prepare technical reports and letters, work to deadlines, be organized and methodical, and interact with Senior Management and regulatory bodies.
