We are currently recruiting a Chef to work with our team at Vimy Barracks - Sgts Mess, Catterick Garrison

You’ll be preparing and serving food to the highest standard. The Mess caters breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Producing food in line with the recipe sheets Full knowledge of all menu items served Helping with functions, hospitality and events Ensuring that we deliver high quality service to the mess members and other military personnel Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage Assisting in the completion of all shift opening and closing checklists Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans Undertake relevant training as requiredExperience
Food hygiene certificate level 2 or willing to work towards it on our e-learning platform Relevant culinary qualification Previous experience in a similar role Good level of spoken English Security clearance and a DBS check is required-
