Contracts Manager Retail & Leisure Fit Out
I am looking for someone within an hour commute of our Lichfield Office who can carry out a turnkey role as a member of a team taking a fast-track retail or leisure fit out project from tender to completion.
Our client base includes:- Apple, B&Q, Co-op, Centre Parcs, H&M, John Lewis, Newmedica, Screwfix, Starbucks, TK Maxx & VUE Cinema
The candidate must have similar experience within the fit-out arena the role is not suitable for main stream QS s more used to working in housing, civils, large scale construction etc
Salary Range: Dependant on experience and profile £50K-£60K
Company Benefits (Healthcare/Car etc):
- Fully expensed car inc private mileage or car allowance
- After 12 months MHD health Insurance worth circa £2K
- After 12 months they will be become a member of the Employee Ownership which comes with tax free bonus on a sliding scale based on salary/service
- Phone/laptop etc
Remote/Flexible Working
No WFH unless under exceptional circumstances, on average 2/3 days a week in the office, varies with workload
