Job Description:

Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking a motivated and dependable MIG Welder Fabricator to join our team for a full-time, permanent position in Grays. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively to complete various projects, specifically within the industrial roller blind manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricating and welding sheet metal components for industrial roller blinds.
• Operating and maintaining MIG welding equipment.
• Working from technical drawings and specifications to complete projects accurately.
• Ensuring all work meets the required safety and quality standards.
• Assisting with other tasks as required within the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and take on new roles within the industrial sector.
