Description

  • Facilitating risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the firm's annual audit plan. This can include regulatory, compliance and operational internal audits
  • Delivering assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of risk awareness
  • Creating and updating risk management policies and procedures
  • Reporting on risk trends and assurance findings to management
  • Participating in the development of risk management training materials
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of risk management projects
  • Supporting the legal department in other risk and assurance related tasks as required

Profile

A successful 'Enterprise Risk and Assurance Analyst' should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in risk management and assurance methodologies
  • Proven internal audit and risk management experience, preferably with international businesses
  • Experience conducting AML/CTF and ISO internal audits would be ideal
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of legal and professional services industry regulations
  • Hard-working and a self-starter
