An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Early Start Deputy Team Leader, to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. This exciting opportunity would give you a chance to develop your leadership skills around supporting and managing a team.

Responsibilities will include:

Management responsibilities for the Early Start Workers; to ensure that the Early Start Team are delivering services that are good quality and evidenced-based;Working alongside Public Health Nursing;Liaising and communicating with the Family Support Team;Taking a lead in recruiting and inducting a volunteer workforce;Organising termly sessions, and support with Health & Safety responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

Strong interpersonal skillsThe experience of leading and motivating a team or has the skills to take up a leadership role in a team that promotes an environment that safeguards and protects children.The ability and experience to support delivery of quality servicesexperience of actively engaging and supporting parents and carers.

Car Driver and educated in a relevant childcare qualification is essential.
