Your new companyYou will be joining an established multi-sector contractor working on infrastructure schemes for various high-profile clients. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in the office and be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting in producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects. This role is predominantly office-based with travel to sites as and when required.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar) or working towards. Along with a good working knowledge of NEC contracts. In addition, you will have proficient IT skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, you will have strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
