Are you a skilled, passionate lead or teacher of EAL? Do you have the desire to support young people to achieve academic excellence, hone their language skills and develop their character?Do you have the skills and resilience in leading others to do the same? If so, you could be the Lead Teacher of EAL we are looking for.
The successful applicant will work in a dynamic, committed department teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. They will lead the EAL department, developing and implementing effective EAL teaching strategies, providing guidance and support to colleagues and collaborating with subject teachers to ensure that EAL learners can access the curriculum and achieve their academic potential.
