Director - Lead Generation Strategy

As part of our commitment to growth and success, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Lead Generation Director who will create and execute our Lead Generation Strategy globally that will result in high quality leads for our Sales Teams.
If you are a strategic thinker with experience of managing a Lead Generation Team and owning the strategy, we would like to hear from you to help shape the future of Cielo.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere across the UK, Hungary or Poland.

What will you do
Develop and implement lead generation strategies and outreach cadences to achieve sales targetsManage and lead a Global team of Business Development RepresentativesAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesOptimize lead generation processes for maximum efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and enhance overall performanceUtilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of lead generation campaignsWhat will you bring
Substantial experience in lead generation, with a track record of driving resultsExperience of complex sales cyclesStrong leadership and team management skills ideally in a remote global contextExcellent understanding of B2B lead generation processesFamiliarity with marketing, CRM and automation toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience of Talent Acquisition or RPO is highly preferable.Cielo is the world's leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner.
