We are looking to hire a Strategic Resourcing - Talent Manager to cover a parental leave. You'll work within a team of Talent Managers that include our Emerging Talent team who are a crucial pipeline into our professional hires.

This role will be working on all Corporate roles within Head Office with a strong focus on the professional banded hires. This role will be exciting and rewarding but also very fast paced and intricate, so would suit someone used to working under pressure, in very confidential scenarios and to deadlines.

This role of the Strategic Resourcing Talent Manager is to drive an innovative, and transformational agenda. You'll deliver a clear Professional Hire operational recruitment strategy that focuses on enhancing our employer brand, optimising the candidate experience, supporting business priorities and reflecting the capability requirements for now, and our future.

This role requires a creative individual with the ability to demonstrate your passion for an Inclusion and Diversity agenda as this is at the heart of the business with every hire we make.

Influencing, guiding and educating key partners will be a daily part of the role as will be the ability to interpret and deliver data back to the business to future plan. This team is very visual within the business, so you'll be able to build an excellent reputation as a subject expert.

  • Strong experience in-house or agency side recruitment
  • Masterful in talent acquisition to include attraction drivers, appropriate search strategies, the distinction of different roles, the value/relevancy of core data skills and tooling including cloud solutions
  • Use insights to challenge the way we think about people in our organisation and inform change, driving better business decision making.
  • Show professional and personal courage to speak up when it's the right thing to do and skilfully influence others in a range of situations, including making a case for change, taking responsibility for mistakes, and challenging the behaviours of others.
  • Commercial drive - apply a business and customer focused approach.
  • Situational decision making - effective and pragmatic decisions that take into account the specific situation or context.
  • Experience of working in a large, complex and matrixed business
