The College wishes to appoint an Assistant to the Principal.  This a pivotal role in the College, essential to the Principal’s work and at the centre of College life.

The post is ideal for someone who is motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, professional environment.  Tact and judgement will be vital.  The post holder will need to build close and effective working relationships.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential: the post holder will be in regular contact with College teams, fellows, students, academic visitors, alumni and prospective donors, as well as others within the collegiate University and beyond.
