The Firm

The firm deal with a broad array of clientele, varying from medium-high network clients to referral works from existing clients.The firm is incredibly proud of its focus, and delivery of bespoke services to its clients. Consequently, a significant amount of their work originates from referral caseloads.This practice has a reputation for being incredibly approachable, reliable and as a result, they boast a fantastic staff retention rate. Many of the fee-earners trained at this practice making it a fantastic, positive environment to progress your legal career

The Role

You'll be joining an established family team which is well regarded and see you managing a range of complex privately funded family matters, as well as supervise other team members.Within this role you will be dealing with matters such as Separation and Divorce, Injunctions, Children's law services, Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial services, Separation agreements, Financial Settlements, Cohabitation agreements, Collaborative LawThey are looking for someone with enthusiasm, who can develop and maintain knowledge within family law and who can contribute to business development opportunities and networking.

Requirements

You will be a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive, 2+ years PQEYou will have a meticulous eye for detailWill be comfortable carrying out Business DevelopmentWill help to nurture and assist more Junior SolicitorsResolution accreditation would be advantageous
