We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of the young people we support.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. We believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where the young people can thrive and reach their full potential.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day care and support to our residents, promoting their wellbeing, and helping them develop essential life skills. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a positive and stable living environment, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

Our client seeks to meet the needs of children and young people with autism and severe learning difficulties with associated behaviours that may be challenging.

No formal qualifications or experience are necessary for this post, but you will be required to commit to achieving the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years of beginning employment at the school.

Location - Thanet district of Kent

Salary - 15- 18 per hour

The hours for this role are 3:30pm-10pm. (after school hours) with overtime in the morning 7:30am-10:30am (before school) .

Weekend work also available. Which can be discussed when you start the role.
