The
role
The Commercial Finance Lead will bring consistency in approach and oversight of all client-related finance including MSA discussions, rate cards, sales sheets and invoicing, SOW templates, and client data reporting. You will be a key partner to both the Financial Controller (leading financial reporting to Havas) and the Associate Director of Operations (driving the processes and systems required to ensure the operational efficiencies of the age

Key Responsib
ilities
Manage MSAs - renewals, queries, and network/internal queriesLead client procurement discussions and be the key contact with Havas assigned legal teamLiaise with, and report all procurement client discussions, to Havas Commercial Director (UK and Europe)Prepare client data reporting for Havas - both financial and value, including liaising internally with client services teams and Ops Lead to ensure data is up to date and accurateOversee sales sheets including, recommend improvements to the current setup, ensure client rebates are built into all sales sheets, support WIP biller on sales sheet maintenance (formulae working, correct job codes, missing budgets, formatting, client service queries)Oversee invoicing scheduling and preparation including, prepare and introduce invoicing scheduling plan to client services, working closely with WIP biller and Ops Lead, support WIP biller with invoicing queries from internal teams and clientsPlay a leading role in managing and agreeing client rate cards, client rate cardsWorking in partnership with the Client Services teams and Ops team you will financial trackers to monitor client spend, review client SOWs on quarterly basis and at client services requestBe the key contact for wider Havas Commercial team for network client SOWsAct as the key finance team contact for our Ops Lead in relation to profitability reporting and utilisation reportingPartner with the Ops Lead to organise constant evaluation of staff utilisation and client profitability so that agency leads have the necessary information regularly.Build your profile across the agencies and liaise with the respective business units so that they understand how and when to involve you and the wider finance teamEnsure the correct people are talking and involved in the required conversations, continually monitoring and striving to improve communication across the teamContinually drive system integration and process improvement in partnership with Financial Controller and Ops LeadSupport other members of the finance team by delegating tasks and providing guidance to help their developmentTake responsibility for partnering with the Legal team to review all commercial agreements across the
