Job Purpose

Join us and you will support our national network of Dulux Decorator Centre stores by resolving a wide variety of operational, commercial and sales issues to ensure our stores operate at maximum efficiency.

The contract offered is for 10 months.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the stores adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Take ownership of customer/store requests/queries.
  • Work with stakeholders to forge close working relationships.
  • Provide operational solutions & provide insight & opportunities to improve the customer experience. 
  • Support the development of our Knowledge Database, taking full ownership of adding/updating information.
  • Build skills to provide support across Store / Customer Helpdesk) requests. 
  • Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, an informed conversation & a clear personalised proposal.

 

Job Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent) 
  • Knowledge of IT applications – Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel)
  • Relevant administration experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
