FABRIC ENGINEER HANDY PERSON MULTI TRADE

6 Month Contract Monday Start

InVictus are working exclusively with a large sporting venue in South West London. They are looking to make an addition to their team for a Construction worker after an internal promotion creating availability for a great opportunity.

The role based in South West London is working at a large sporting venue.

Hourly pay rate of £20 per hour, CIS available

Monday to Friday 8am 5pm

Overtime opportunities available

You will carry out general fabric PPM's and reactive works such as;

• Carpentry (Door work, locks, installing sinks & pipework)
• Painting & Decorating
• Tiling (Floors, walls, cielings and carpets
• Exterior works
• Block paving
• Concreting
• You will be expected to keep records of all work
• You will need to understand health & safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role in facilities maintenance.
• Relevant qualification would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
