Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Sales Role

Bristol City Centre

£24,000 - £25,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission - first year OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Our goal is to be the global go-to technical recruiter. We are looking for tenacious, positive, honest individuals with a passion for self-development and drive to succeed as we head into our next stage of growth from 200 to 1000.

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle/ 360 recruitment role
  • Clients: cold calling, sales, sourcing leads, developing relationships, bringing in clients, relationship management
  • Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
  • Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle
