Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Stock management
- Office admin tasks
- Month end tasks to support ledger close
- Other ad-hoc duties
- At least 1 yearsâ experience in a similar role
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- AAT apprenticeships available
- Potential to work from 1 day per week
- 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
