THE ROLE

This is a superb and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient Year Leader to join the school to support the Principal and school to ensure that they can provide a safe and nurturing learning environment to all the young people in their care.

The Year Leader will ensure effective pastoral care for their year group, leading its management and supporting academic progress. You will collaborate with a Year Team and wider pastoral staff to provide necessary interventions while also engaging in co-curricular activities and contributing to the school community.WHO WE ARE
