Childcare Locum Lawyer

The role:

A childcare locum lawyer is required by busy but well supported local authority legal team.

You will manage around 9 care cases alongside PLO, adoptions and DOLs matters.

Both fully remote and hybrid working patterns will be considered.

Person specification:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer - solicitor, barrister or CILEX with sufficient PQE to be able to undertake the role with minimum supervision. Ideally applicants will have previous local authority experience however candidates from the private sector who have relevant experience of managing public law childcare cases are also encouraged to apply.
