Yacht Customer Service Representative - Italian Speaking

You will act as a first point of contact for customers and help the company deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating sales activities for clients of our Yacht coatings business.
Job Responsibilities- Manage order receipts & prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate processing of orders in our SAP system.
- Managing invoicing & credit control procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to handle & resolve customer complaints.
- Transfer orders through to third-party warehouse/logistics distribution teams.
- Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Co-ordinate customer reporting & provide administrative support.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Native or fluent Italian & good level of English (verbal/written)
- Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Well organised & with an eye for detail.
- Experience of working with SAP an advantage.
