NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist to join a global oilfield services business, at their office in Portlethen, on a temporary 2 month contract. 

As a billing specialist you will be responsible for the preparation and submission of invoices in a timely manner tracking payments and updating of systems, alongside reporting to the Billing Lead.

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Management of a specialised billing life cycle
• Past due monitoring and reporting
• Cash Collection follow up.
• Creation of sales orders and projects in system
• Updating system with Down & Upsells
• Gathering and collating paperwork to bill.
• Create and sending invoices
• Reconcile deal machine.
• Weekly revenue reporting through weekly calls
• Keep track of billed / unbilled weekly
• Accrue the unbilled revenue on month end Oracle.
• Reconcile the revenue at month end in Oracle.

Key Skillsets
• 3+ years’ experience in Billing, Finance, Financial Admin in an applicable industry
• Good financial math’s, numeracy, and accuracy skills
• Commercial and financial awareness
• Microsoft word, excel and outlook fluency.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP is a distinct advantage

Once you hit the ground running, there is scope to transition into a hybrid shift pattern; working 2 days from home.
