As a Principal Power Electronics Engineer, lead projects in the design, simulation, assembly, and testing of advanced power electronics systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical aspects of collaborative and commercial power electronics R&D projects.Optimize circuit topologies using SiC and GaN devices for enhanced power efficiency.Evaluate and optimize PCB designs for superior electromagnetic and thermal performance.Collaborate across engineering functions to deliver groundbreaking cross-functional products.Report technical progress and oversee delivery of critical sub-assemblies. Requirements: Extensive experience in power electronics design within automotive or similar industries.Strong knowledge of SiC/GaN power switching technologies and analog/digital circuits.Advanced degree in power electronics with a track record of delivering complex projects.Proficiency in multi-discipline engineering activities and problem-solving skills.Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities. Desirable Skills: Systems engineering approach, embedded systems control, EDA/PCB design.Experience in prototype translation and engineering lifecycle management.
