Locum Mental Health Pharmacist - Cardiff - Community Hospital
We are looking for a pharmacist in Cardiff to join a community hospital. The postholder will clinically screen and monitor prescriptions to ensure safe use of medicines as well as participate in medicine reconciliation for newly admitted patients. The main duty of the post is to provide excellent pharmacy services to the wider multidisciplinary team and help with overall patient care throughout the trust's mental health pharmacy team.
- MH Pharmacist in community hospital
- £32-37 per hour paid directly from the trust
- Ongoing locum contract with 2 week notice period
- Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
