The Marquis of Granby is located in Penkull on St Thomas Place. It has a traditional 2 room trading style with a fantastic drinking room with the bar at the focal point of this, and a lounge room which can be used for drink, dining and small gatherings. There is a wonderful large beer garden to the rear with a raised patio area, covered lower patio area and large grass area which makes it the perfect place to be when the sun is shining There is also a large car park to the side of the pub for customers too. Utilising our popular Marston's Community Menu we are looking for an operator who can deliver a food offer available 7 days a week. Someone who is a great host to the local customers of the Marquis of Granby and promote the pub as a hub of the community. Activities throughout the week as well as red letter days events will be key for continuing to grow the already successful business. The site currently takes on average 10,000 but has the potential to grow these sales by targeting extra sales throughout the week.

  • A guaranteed annual retained sum of 25k, released weekly.
  • 22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT.
