A fantastic law firm in Cheltenham are currently hiring for the positions of Private Client Solicitor and Senior Solicitor to further strengthen their excellent team.

As a private client Solicitor or Senior Solicitor in this team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in complex estate and tax planning, alongside a deep understanding of lifetime trusts and vulnerable beneficiaries. Experience in working on taxable estates is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex estate and tax planning matters
  • Advising clients on lifetime trusts
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and communication

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in private client law
  • Proven track record in handling taxable estates and complex estate planning matters
  • Strong understanding of lifetime trusts and vulnerable beneficiaries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
