What you'll be doing;

  • You will be responsible for 4 Team Leaders, 3 Senior Mobile Plant Operatives and 4 Mobile Plant Operatives
  • Responsible for contractor monitoring is carried out and contractor RAMS are up to date
  • Responsible for Mobile Plant maintenance including LOLERS are recorded and faults found have been rectified within guidelines
  • Monitor All activities on site inc traffic management
  • Deliver all new Toolbox talks and safety alerts
  • Liaise with Transport to ensure efficient routing and utilisation of vehicles. Ensuring that all sites do not exceed their permitted storage tonnages
  • To ensure all site maintenance is being completed with regard to servicing, repairs and compliance
  • Complete Permit to work permits to ensure that works are completed correctly
  • Ensure all RAs and COSHH data sheets ,RAMS, are up to date
  • Complete Probation reviews, record absences and manage holiday requirements
  • Ensure, alarms, fire extinguishers, PAT testing diesel tank inspections and fire pumps are all routinely checked and serviced.



What we're looking for;

  • Experienced gained managing a team is essential
  • An energetic self motivated individual that has the ability to work alone and part of a team
  • Must be well organised and have an ability to prioritise their own workload and ensure that all sites and staff are working within company policies and procedures
  • Full UK driving licence is essential for this position
  • COTC TSH4/NEBOSH/IOSH/ or equivalent
