Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Contracts Manager with a strong background in roofing and waterproofing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple contracts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing roofing and waterproofing contracts from inception to completion
  • Preparing and reviewing contract documents, including scopes of work, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements and industry regulations
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control measures are in place
  • Negotiating and resolving any contract disputes or claims
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on roofing and waterproofing systems
  • Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in contract management, specifically in roofing and waterproofing
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems, materials, and installation methods
