Accounts Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company based in Fordingbridge. This will be a permanent position working 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger duties
- Raising customer invoices
- Liaising with customers to ensure payments are received
- Liaising with suppliers, paying and matching invoices in line with due dates
- Account and bank reconciliation
- Processing payroll for workers
- Working with external accountants
- Other adhoc accounts duties

Requirments:
- Experience within an Accounts/ Finance position
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Experience using Sage is required
- Competent Microsoft package user
- Own transport due to rural location
- Available immediately is an advantage

The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week
- Salary of £22,000 based on 30 hours per week
- Fully office based, in Fordingbridge
- Opportunity to join an excellent team
